LOQW staff have been trained in the HIPAA regulations and understand the importance of your confidentiality as well as the sanctions that can occur. Title VI

LOQW staff are required by law to report any suspicion of abuse or neglect. Coordination with state or federal Department of Corrections staff is required for those customers who are currently on probation or parole.
