LOQW, Inc. encourages individuals to voice grievances or complaints if they are dissatisfied with services. If a person feels their rights have been violated they may contact (or a referral will be made on their behalf) to Missouri Protection and Advocacy to obtain legal representation.

If an individual wishes to make an anonymous complaint, they should call their Service Coordinator, Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, or other support worker to express their concerns. Coercion or other behavior used to intimidate the person filing the grievance or complaint will not be tolerated.

If abuse or neglect is experienced, take immediate action by calling the Abuse and Neglect Hotline. All LOQW employees are mandated reporters trained to recognize abuse and neglect and will assist with calling if desired. If the complaint is about an LOQW employee, contact your Service Coordinator, guardian, or any other trusted person to support you, if desired.
